FFC Esports is an online gaming tournament platform that facilitates Free Fire tournaments and competitions. We provide services including tournament organization, player registration, payment processing, and prize distribution.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. Users under 18 must have parental consent to participate in tournaments involving monetary prizes.

4. Tournament Participation

4.1 Eligibility

Tournament participation is subject to eligibility requirements including age restrictions, geographic limitations, and compliance with game-specific rules.

4.2 Fair Play Policy

All participants must adhere to fair play principles. Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.

4.3 Tournament Rules

Each tournament has specific rules and regulations. Participants must read and agree to tournament-specific terms before joining. Violation of tournament rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Entry Fees

Tournament entry fees are clearly displayed before registration. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or in cases of tournament cancellation by the Platform.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including UPI, RazorPay, and PayU. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

5.3 Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed according to tournament results and payout structures. Prize distribution typically occurs within 7-14 business days after tournament completion and result verification.

6. Refund Policy

Entry fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Tournament cancellation by the Platform
• Technical issues preventing tournament participation
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Account suspension due to Platform error

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or toxic behavior
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate tournament results
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FFC Esports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Free Fire is a trademark of Garena. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena. All game-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or results of the Platform.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FFC Esports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

Before initiating arbitration, parties must attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for at least 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
