  • Tournament cancelled by FFC Esports due to technical issues
  • Tournament cancelled due to insufficient participants
  • Platform technical failures preventing tournament participation
  • Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Account suspension due to platform error (not user violation)

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after tournament registration
  • Inability to participate due to personal reasons
  • Poor tournament performance or results
  • Disqualification due to rule violations
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet, device problems)

3. Prize Payout Policy

Prize payouts are processed according to tournament results and our verification procedures to ensure fair distribution.

3.1 Payout Timeline

  • Result Verification: 24-48 hours after tournament completion
  • Prize Processing: 3-5 business days after verification
  • Payment Transfer: 7-14 business days to your account
  • Large Prizes (₹50,000+): May require additional verification (up to 21 days)

3.2 Payout Methods

  • UPI Transfer: Direct transfer to registered UPI ID
  • Bank Transfer: NEFT/IMPS to verified bank account
  • Digital Wallets: PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay
  • Platform Wallet: Credits to your FFC Esports wallet

3.3 Payout Requirements

  • Completed KYC verification for prizes above ₹10,000
  • Valid and verified payment method on file

  • Account in good standing with no violations

4. Tax Compliance

Prize winnings may be subject to tax deductions as per Indian tax laws:

  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): 30% on prizes above ₹10,000
  • Form 16A: Provided for TDS deductions
  • PAN Requirement: Mandatory for prizes above ₹50,000
  • Tax Certificates: Available for download from your account

6. Dispute Resolution
